Cancellations

We allow a 24-hour window for order cancellations starting from the exact time your order is confirmed. Once this 24-hour window has passed, your order is locked into production/fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, Flupi Store operates on a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy. All sales are final. Once an item has been purchased and the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style.

We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

We want to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at help@flupi.store so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item received.

لا إرجاع ولا استبدال

نظرًا لطبيعة مجموعاتنا الحصرية، يلتزم متجر Flupi بسياسة صارمة تمنع الإرجاع والاستبدال. جميع المبيعات نهائية. بمجرد شراء أي منتج وانقضاء فترة الـ 24 ساعة للإلغاء، لا يُمكن إرجاعه لاسترداد المبلغ أو استبداله بمقاس أو لون أو تصميم مختلف.

ننصح بشدة بمراجعة جداول المقاسات وتفاصيل المنتج بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
